王经略,博士,硕士生导师,毕业于西南交通大学管理科学与工程专业,研究方向为建设项目低碳创新管理。在《科学学研究》《Technological Forecasting & Social Change》《Technology Analysis & Strategic Management》等学术期刊发表多篇SCI、SSCI、CSSCI学术论文,出版学术专著1部,编写教材1部。主持陕西省科技厅创新能力支撑计划一般项目,陕西省哲学社会科学研究专项青年项目、一般项目,陕西省社会科学基金项目等多个省部级项目。参与了国家社科重点课题“国家复杂产品生产能力比较研究”、教育部人文社会科学规划基金项目“多方参与的大型复杂项目团队成员合作行为和激励工作研究”、中国—东盟区域发展协同创新中心“中国铁路走向东盟的风险防范对策研究”等多项国家级和省部级课题。此外,还参与了“新建兰新铁路第二双线(新疆段)”和“拉日铁路工程”的建设过程,参与建设“川藏联网输变电工程综合管控体系”。

Jinglüe Wang, Ph.D., Master's Supervisor, graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University with a degree in Management Science and Engineering. His research focuses on low-carbon innovation management in construction projects. He has published several SCI, SSCI, and CSSCI papers in academic journals such as Science of Science and Management of S&T and Technology Analysis & Strategic Management. He has hosted multiple provincial and ministerial-level projects, including the General Project of the Innovation Capability Support Program by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Youth Project and General Project of the Shaanxi Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Research Program, and the Shaanxi Social Science Fund Project. He has also participated in several national and provincial-level projects, such as the National Social Science Major Project "Comparative Study of National Complex Product Manufacturing Capabilities," the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Planning Fund Project "Research on the Cooperative Behavior and Incentive Work of Team Members in Large Complex Projects with Multiple Participants," and the China-ASEAN Regional Development Collaborative Innovation Center's "Research on Risk Prevention and Countermeasures for China's Railways Toward ASEAN." In addition, he has been involved in the construction processes of the "New Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway Second Double Line (Xinjiang Section)" and the "Lhasa-Rizhao Railway Project," and contributed to the development of the "Chuan-Tibet Interconnected Power Transmission and Transformation Project Integrated Management System."
