男，湖南常德人，1992年出生，中共党员，应用经济学博士，硕士生导师，2021年6月进入长安大学经济与管理学院经济系工作。

2. 主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、教育部人文社会科学研究青年基金西部与边疆地区项目，参与国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社会科学研究等省部级以上项目多项。
3. 担任Economic Modelling、Emerging Markets Finance and Trade、Land Use Policy、Energy Strategy Reviews、 Financial Innovation等SCI或SSCI期刊匿名审稿人。曾担任期刊Environmental Science and Pollution Research、Emerging Markets Finance and Trade、Innovation and Green Development的特刊编辑。
