主讲人简介： 
叶贵，重庆大学教授，博士生导师，经过8年工程实践和16年的学术研究，目前主要研究兴趣聚焦于建筑安全研究、神经工程管理研究和“以人为本”工程管理研究。目前主持国家社科基金重点项目1项，在研;主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项，已优秀结题国家自科面上1项;主研国家社科重大重点各1项;其他省部级课题20余项;横向课题累计40项。发表论文百余篇。提交政策建议35篇，其中全国政协和农工党中央采纳8篇。主要学术兼职包括神经工程管理研究会发起人、神经管理研究会副主任委员、中华建设管理研究会(香港)副会长、建筑学会工程管理分会青委会副主任、《建设管理研究》(集刊)主编、《项目管理技术》期刊副主任编委、重庆市城市规划建设专委会委员、政协委员、重庆大学可持续建设国际研究中心副主任、《高等建筑教育》编委、重庆大学投资决策与项目管理研究所副所长等;教学方面主要承担本硕课程《建设工程成本规划与控制》《工程经济学》以及博士课程《研究前沿》。

学术讲座二：
讲座主题：Behavior change in construction Management
主讲人：Dr Fei Ying 新西兰梅西大学

主讲人简介： 
Fei is a senior lecturer in Quantity Surveying and Co-lead Internationalisation at Massey University's School of Built Environment. Prior to joining academia, she advised and acted for public and private sector clients in the transportation, water, and construction sectors, with a track record in delivering successful outcomes for clients in New Zealand, China and Germany. 
Fei's research covers procurement management, supply chain management and decision-making in construction management. Her current research pivots to the interdisciplinary area of construction informatics focused on digitalising the construction process through the lens of social science in human behaviour change. Her research agenda is organised around two challenges: 1) to streamline the construction process in a smart, efficient, and effective manner and 2) to address and remove barriers to construction innovation.  Her ultimate research goal is to develop a smarter, safer, and better built environment to meet the changing needs of the communities.
Fei has secured various competitive research grants as PI and AI from the Building Research Association of New Zealand (BRANZ), New Zealand Center for Earthquake Resilience (QuakeCoRE), Auckland University of Technology and industry partners. Fei collaborates closely with industry leaders and government departments for research and has>30 academic publications in leading international journals and conferences.
Outside her university role, Fei is the secretary of the Board of BIM Education New Zealand (BENZ), previously known as the New Zealand National Working Group of BIM Education (NBEWG). She is an active reviewer for ten international journals and a member of the scientific committee/reviewer for ten international conferences in construction management.
