主讲人简介:薛进军,发展经济学博士,现任日本名古屋大学经济学院教授,瑞典梅拉达林大学客座教授,兼任中国国际低碳经济研究所所长,国家发改委能源研究所客座研究员,清华大学能源环境经济研究所兼职教授,中国科学院科技战略与政策研究所客座研究员,武汉大学兼职教授,碳排放权交易湖北省协同创新中心首席科学家等。曾任耶鲁大学经济增长中心、牛津大学经济系访问教授,武汉大学经济学院副院长,日本一桥大学副教授等。

薛进军在国际期刊Science,Nature Communications, Nature Food, Nature Sustainability, Applied Energy, Energy Economics,以及《中国社会科学》、《经济研究》等中文刊物发表论文近百篇,担任高影响因子国际期刊Applied Energy (9.746),Singapore Economic Review等期刊客座和特约编辑。

他还是中国第一本《发展经济学》(谭崇台主编)教材的助编之一,第一本《低碳经济学》编著者,第一个以 “低碳经济”命名的国际低碳经济研究所的创始人兼联席所长, 北京洪堡论坛、市场导向的绿色低碳发展国际研讨会创始人之一。他也是最早提倡中国实施出口带动的经济增长、提出低碳发展的雁行模式并积极参与中国的低碳城市设计、碳市场建设的学者之一。他还出版过《低碳经济学》、《中国的不平等》、《不平等的增长》等多部中英日文著作。

Dr. Jinjun Xue is a Professor at Economic Research Centre of Economics of Nagoya University, Japan. He held careers of Fulbright Scholar at Economic Growth Centre of Yale University in USA, Professor and Deputy Dean of Economics School of Wuhan University, Associate Professor of Hitotsubashi University and Professor of Oita University), Japan, visiting Professor at University of Oxford etc. He is also a visiting Researcher at Tsinghua University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Wuhan University and so on.

His major is Development Economics and the current research subjects are Global Income Inequality, Labour Migration, Global Value Chains and CO2Emissions and the Chinese Economy; He published many books in English, Japanese and Chinese, and papers inScience, Nature Communications, Applied Energy, Energy Economics, China Economic Reviewetc. Currently he serves as a guest editor ofApplied Energy, Singapore Economic Reviewand reviewers of many international journals.

Xue Jinjun is the author of China's first textbook of Development Economics, the author of the first book entitled Low Carbon Economics, one of the founders and co-director of the first research institute named after the “low carbon economy”, one of the initiative members of Beijing Humboldt Forum.

He is one of the first scholars who advocated China's implementation of export-driven economic growth, proposed a low-carbon development model, and actively participated in China's low-carbon city design and carbon market construction. He also has many publications on labor migration and income distribution China.
